All YOBHANI orders are final sale.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refund requests due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, personal preference, or similar reasons.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the required proof.

A continuous, unedited unboxing video showing the package from the time of opening is required to help us verify transit damage or an incorrect product.

If the issue is verified and determined to be the responsibility of YOBHANI, we may provide a replacement, subject to product availability.
